I've tried Youthful essence,derma new but break out my skin. This product is 54% Aloe, loaded with fruit enzymes sush as Papaya, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and cucumber. You will see the difference the very first time you use this. I have combination skin but have really oily skin on my t-zone area specially on my nose and I use this everyday. IT's safe to use.
