This is the easiest and most relaxing bath you can possibly take. And, these bath salts are dirt cheap.

Simply buy the ‘el cheapo’ Epsom Bath Salts from KMart or Walmart or wherever you shop.

Add a bunch to your tub (you can also add some Dead Sea Salts, Table Salt or Baking Soda).

Just soak in the hot water. I swear that Epsom salts relax me like nothing else.
